① Form

* 과거 부정문

주어 + did + not + 동사원형.

* 과거 의문문

Did + 주어 + 동사원형.

(Did 가 과거를 나타내고 있으므로 뒤에 오는 동사는 원형을 써야 함.)

* was and were

was, were는 did를 쓰지 않는다.
